Need siwarex calibration or not ?

Hi Dear. 

I have siwarex U-1 7MH4601-1AA01 connect with

CPU 312 2 DP (6ES7 315-2AF03-0AB0)

due to problem in CPU . 

I replaced by NEW CPU 3152DP(315 -2AH14-0AB0).

the question ,Is the siwarex need calibration or not ?

I have that

1-Weigh belt

2-  frequency  converte:  VLT®  AutomationDrive  FC  302

3-CPU 315 -2DP

4-KTP 400.

Now after replacement happend in PLC and frequency converte .i tried to do tare and calibration for beltweight but not accept the Tare.belt still run without stop. See 068ZW4.at attachment .

But if I do change in block FB11 network 20.

the tare and calibrate OK.But the weight show wrong during material on belt .
