need to convert a resistance of the probe for 4-20 signal

I have a similar aplication, I need to convert a resistance of the probe for 4-20 signal. My project is basede in Simens Logo and I would like to know if there some module like is used for PT100 (AM2)? Some idea? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Grounding problem..?.
