I'm using HMI TP700 (Comfort) and have a similar query. I need to use an internal HMI Tag and hope for a script, which can create the bit to turn ON every 1 sec.

I'm using "Simulation" for the HMI. WIll that VBS work in simulation or Do I have to download that program into HMI?

Create a binary internal tag(In this example "BLINK").In Global action of C-Editor write below script

SetTagBit("BLINK",!GetTagBit("BLINK")); //Return-Type: BOOL

Then define a cyclic trigger by desirecycle.
