negative setpoints from wincc scada screen

simaticmanager Posts: 150 Rating: (5)	hi here i am with a wincc related query. i configured a i/o field and conected this field with a tag suppose a setpoint, data type is defined float to float. and in plc it is defined as real (like db10.dbd20) now i need a negative setpoint (i.e. -125.0) entered from wincc in the io field but when i do so i only get the possitive value in plc. i dont know why so happening even if i forced negative value in the same tagfrom plci found negative value as it was forced in plc. pls suggest wht can i do for it.
