Hello Dada Yassine;
First, there are manuals installed on your computer along with the Siemens programming software that will give you a lot of information on the issues you are searching for. Look in Simatic/Documentation on your main drive.
You can easily find manuals, FAQs and Application notes on Siemens automation equipment using the Search Box at the right of this page, and then selecting various filters to limit the search results.
This manual would have been one of your discoveries (try it for yourself):
SIMATIC Distributed I/O System ET 200S (see chapter 2 on Commissioning for a quick view on Profibus configuration):

There is much information on Siemens PLCs available on the net; here is a video tutorial showing how to setup a master S7-300 CPU with multiple ET 200S slaves (and other automation equipment) on Profibus-DP, from a search on Google Use it as a basis for your own application. Onc the configuration is done, use the provided addresses to access the IO on the ET 200S slaves in the master’s program directly.

The following Youtube videos (this is the first of 8) will show you how to connect your programming PC to the S7-300 using the integrated Profinet port of the CPU:

You can also proceed with the examination of Siemens tutorials, using the links to Step 7 v5.5 ("Classic Modules") or TIA Portal, depending on the selected programming software:
Hope this helps,
