Network loading

With the next service pack of STEP7 there will be Topology for Profinet, there you can do some calculating from STEP7. It is also easy to see for Profibus networks which timing is used when you look at the propertys of the Profibus network.

Redundancy is standard with the Scalance family, which information do you want about that?

You can search for the X400 Scalance switches and the X200 switches to find information about rings and also standby networks (double ring that is switched by a standby link).

Do you use the S7-200 to control the energy stations? Do you have a central station to control the energy stations?
