Dear all , 

i have the same problem 

i have working system ( PLC 400 H with 3 IPC each IPC has 2 CP 1623 

i ordered New IPC as spare for one of old IPCs 

so i removed the two  CPs 1623 from the old one and fixed it on the new one 

and got the XDB file 

and start the Wincc runtime but not communication was established 

please tell me the steps that i should follow to establish good communication 

tell me about the logical switch of Named connection ? i found it ( VM ) and no drop menu 

but i noticed there are drop menu in TCP/IP logical switch is selected ( CP_H1_1: )

please tell me about PG/PC interface  

what about  configuration console settings
