New RDB database format

AjayBhate2012 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, We are exploring new possibilities in WinCC Flex 2008 SP2 . New RDB database format looks interesting. But I wonder if it is supirior over .CSV which we are using from a long time . what is main purpose of giving this database? I have logged the data for .CSV / RDB both found not much difference , then with a button on its release in runtime we can convert RDB to CSV , but still , what is the benefit . Can you throw some light on it ? Thanks in advance . Regards, Ajay

How are tags and alarms logged in WinCC flexible? You have still anotherbenefit at the new Comfort Panel with RDB logs. See the following link.
