New tag added to KTP900 Basic gets error 190004 plc adress error.

Hi, 

I just added 4 new tags in my HMI KTP900 liking to my S7-PLC.

One to use in an apperance animation and 3 to input parameters. (all int)

Strangely, one of the three input tag displays ### on screen and give error 19011 unable to write to plc...

And the tag used for the appearance animation gets the 190004 error plc adress error..

Every thing is the same as all my other animation...

And why just 2 out of 4 new tags does not work? And why the two other works?

Is my HMI tag database corrupted, have I reached a KTP900 limit for number of animation on a screen or I reached a limit of tags...

Seriously i don't get it I have been doing many animations with tags on a S7-1200.  Why so much trouble just for a little update...

Please help if you have any idea..

I tried to erase my upgrade on PLC and HMI and start over again for the 2 tags not working.. same result..

I tried power off PLC and HMI too..

Help Please.

Perhaps you can give some screenshots of properties of the tags.

Could it be, that the tags not working, are not available in CPU?

the same error i have come across many a time..just memory reset the plc and download your problem will be solved .

Did you made a test in the HMI Simulation? Is there the same behaviour?

You can show the System Messages in a message Windows in the global screen. Is there a Message to the related tags?

have the Tags absolute or Symbolic Adress? do you use an optimised or not Optimised DB?

Do you use an Adress Multiplexing at these Tags?

I hope the right idea is in the questions above

First of all my computer just crashed so I cannot test anything for now, I am waiting for it to come back from the repair shop.

I will try the memory reset as soon as I can. But before I do the reset memory, I want to know if I will loose my parameters in the retain memory area?

But I have another problem.

I am connecting by VPN on my KTP900 LAN , but when I simulate the HMI, I dont seem to be able to connect to the PLC tags.

Is it possible to simulate and actually see what is appening on the actual screen in the factory??

I use a KTP900 Basic.

And to answer to my type of tag, they are integers and I created them by selecting in the list the tag in the plc. (That way the tag in HMI is created automatically in the list with the link.)

I cant do print screen since I did not find a way to see the actual screen on simulation.

And the tags in the PLC have the mark available for HMI.

Here is what I got when online with PLC thru VPN connection and I start Simulation of HMI.

I cannot access any PLC Tag.
