New V20 drive, display not getting on and LED becomes orange flashing

Dear All, we have a new sinamics V20 drive, while testing it is found that,its display not getting on and LED becomes orange flashing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

What's the production date of your V20/serial number and FW version? Firmware update would probably fix the issue. |
