i am new to the WinCC TIA software and have a couple of questions 

wheres is the best place to find tutorials and learning packages.

i am connecting a KP300 to the logo 8 and want to know how i setup the function buttons to work on the screen to control the logo

I think the best place to find tutorials and learning packages is Siemens Product Support

You can also order one of the Starter KITs in this link  , so that you can practice all your trials especially if you are doing this configuration for a lot of customers. You can test all the customer problems on them. It can be also used for training purposes
