Can you try connecting a technology block for example CountOh or an Interlock block to the "SelFP1" of the motor block. Then compile OS and AS and check if you see a button in the motor faceplate. It should be visible so when clicking on it, it takes you to the connected block... |

hmm, It could have something to do with your user rights... Not sure, but you can try to run the Simatic Rights tool on the PCS7 DVD... Its under the second disc\Additional tools\Simatic Rights., find you project and press OK. also check your users and groups assigment if there are OK.. |

One other possibility: check you language settings, if the a released language is used. Also check the language for non-unicode programs... There is a problem between Simatic manager and WinCC...Simatic is language independent, but WinCC is not.. And WinCC takes over the Simatic language.. In short: set the non unicode language to a released language (via control panel->change display language->Administrative->Change system locale. It could be the buttons are not showing/working because of this.... |
