Wincc server RT professional v19 with redundancy, CPU 1515 FW 2.8 with CM, issue is no active connection.

Happened after upgrading from 1513 to 1515 and after downloading software all to server. Was working before download. CM was/is the module which connects to server. 

Where more information can be found regarding the error code?

 Can you do a PINg from the WinCC System to the PLC?

 Yes, it's pingable from any device on the CM network (both WinCC, PG, other computers). This CPU also has a connection to another CPU under the CM which is fine. The other network/port of this CPU also has a connection to a standalone WinCC which is fine. And I can go online with the PG.

If the access level will not fit or you have problems with the password, then there will be a few information allready.

Full access no password on the CPU.

you work with more than 8 connections. Do you have a simatic net livense for it and do you have iinstalled SIMATIC Net PC Software?

Yes we work with more than 8. We do have the license "SOFTNET-IE S7" for it but not activated (long story). Topology was the same prior to this hardware change, connection usage was the same. Not sure if Net PC is installed.

Do you use a Server OS ?

 OS is Windows Server 2016 Standard. Firewall/filters are open.
