No information is accessible from the PLC

Found a solution! I found this stackoverflow entry:

I did activate everything under Windows Features at ".Net Framework 3.5" and ".Net Framework 4.5 Advanced Services". Now it works correctly (hopefully), but I am not really understanding what I am doing here...

I'm struggling too with Unified in some days now.,

Finally after following many descriptions and trying 1000different things I have the RT computer running, and a Client PC can log to and check the WEB page.

BUT - no information is accessible from the PLC - just exclamation marks...!!!

Help! Does some one have the solution.
