we have in our plant the system described in the attached file. in fact , each CP has its own IP Address 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 and test this with ping in cmd and the result was ok. Our problem is when we want to see accessible nodes in step 7, an error message appeared like in the attached image (sorry it's in french: please look to second reply) and it said that impossible to establish online link because the module don't have yet an IP address.

And as you can see, only the mac address are shown.

This is the message:

Try to set an IP Address.

In Simatic Manager go to PLC -> Edit Ethernet node

Then you can Browse the network and you find the hardware. because you search MAC Addresses.

Then you can assign an IP Address

In fact I don't understand why the 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 which are already assigned do not appear in the accessible nodes and only mac address are displayed.

For your solution, I should do like described in the attached image?

where your PC is connected to the devices?
Directly or with a gateway between?

 In fact, the CP 443-1 are connected to Routers which have 8 RJ-45 ports adn we connect the PC to one of these ports
