No online connection, only web-server is available

Hello,

I have a problem with a TP700 comfort panel. I have connected the panel in a network with several S7 cpu's i can get online with the cpu's. It is also possible to connect to the web server of the panel. 

The problem is that i can't come online with the panel, also i can't do a download at this point. i am using TIA portel v13 update 6. I have checked the IP settings and they are all OK, the ip adress is in the same subnet as the pc.

Can anyone help me?

Did you set a Gate way Or preferred  DNS server ?

If yes please remove them and Try with different IP address

I have solved this problem by setting the transfer settings in the panel to ethernet. This can be done in the control panel of the HMI after exitting runtime.After that i was able to perform a download(set the interface on ethernet in stead of PN/IE).

Still curious why PN/IE won't work, i still can't go online with the panel because in "extended go online" there is no option for ethernet. So only download is possible.
