PLC reloading is successfully completed in siemens 840 D controller (simodrive 611)but now i am facing one more problem,,,,,,,i.e. All the LED's on machine operating panel are blinking (flashing) and lots of alarms are coming.... Alarm 300300 Alarm PLC sign of life monitoring and much more.... Plz help me in this matter... waiting for quick respose.....

Lancer Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Ekalavya sir i followed attached procedure as suggested by you.......plz check attached procedure and if there is mistake in help me in this...... one more thing As per procedure we cleared and reload the plc but according to step 3 of attached procedure i.e. when we turned s4 to 2 - 3 - 2 position in 3 seconds the PS LED lits but PF LED not lit. PLC is not running Aarm 300300 which led lit now ? clear the PLC again after you have clear the PLC the LED PR must lit . at htis point All the LED's on machine operating panel are flashing then S4 to 2 and load the PLC File . then S4 to 1
