Hi There are a few things to check: 1. Are the devices in the same IP range? Can you ping? 2. How is your PG PC interface configured? 3. Have you tried with another cable? 4. Try updating the firmware version of the panel: Firmware update for CPU 1511-1 PN 5. Try installing the last version of panel images: Image Downloads for HMI Operator Panels 6. Does the time match in both devices? Good luck! |

1. The devices are in the same IP range, I can ping both of them on that network with the development machine. 2.I'm not sure where to check for this! 3.Yes, different cable doesn't change anything, and the cable works for other applications. 4 & 5. I'm pretty sure the two versions of the firmware /image I posted are the newest for both devices. 6 . The time matches! |

Hello, Please insert a Alarm view in your HMI project to show System messages (Alarm buffer) Can you inform us about the errors you have? (incl. error number) I also found this link: Configure an HMI connection to an S7-1500 CPU with FW V3.1/V4.0 (But you said the firmware of your CPU is v2.9) Best regards, Wizard |

Hi Wizard, I've got some issue with the Alarm view so that'll take a little longer, but the CPU that we have is a 6ES7511-1AK02-0AB0, so no 3.0+ FM is available. |
