Hello deepak; What exactly do you need to know about MPI addressing? MPI is a RS-485 communcation link between Siemens processors, including the S7-200 (as a slave). It also serves as the backplane K-bus protocol, so "intelligent" modules such as CPs and FMs are attributed an MPI address by the hardware configurator when one is selected inside a project. A maximum of 32 node addresses are available on the MPI bus, and between processors a segment can have a maximum length of 50m (the MPI interfaces are non-isolated, which limits teh distance the signal can travel). Repeaters can be used to extend the bus lengths, but they also require a node address and they operate with specific setup conditions. The following document covers MPI communication confoiguratiosn, so it only briefly discusses addressing. I hope it serve as a good start for your research.
