Node red opc server HostName Issue

Hi!  I need to communicate escada in wincc 16 with iot2050.  For logistical reasons the iot2050 must be the OPC server.  But when configuring it, OPC scout v10 doesn't connect to the server.  The problem is the following:  Endpoint URL; opc.tcp: // iot2050-debian: 4870  So the opc client can't find the server on the internet  How can I make the node red opc server generate the endpoint for me, such as: opc.tcp: //192.168.1.345: 4870 ??  With Uaexpert it works perfectly since it resolves the NAT of the hostname
