Not able to find _enableFixedGearing and _disableFixedGearing in command library

Iam using simotion scout V5.3. All additional technology objects commands are missing. Do we need to install anything separately or is it requires any extra license?!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Permanent Axis Gearing.

The gearing command, in MCC, is the small icon with the two gearings facing and I bet that you have them when you try to insert a gearing command in MCC
