Not able to monitor the value in CFC online

I was able to download the CFC charts without errors and warning. When I click on the test button it is going online with the CPU without problem.But while selecting the Monitor button it says some of the values cannot be monitored and it it not possible to see the actual value of the block IO in the CFC. One more thing is that this behavior is not continous, if I donwload the program again it was ok.

Yoga Shankar Posts: 288 Rating: (22)	dear saravana, are you changing any values offline and then trying to take the chart online? Some times, the para,eters to the Math operation blocks need changing, but these cannot be be done online because they are IN parameters of FC's. for these, the only way is to change the value and do a changes only download. generally, the cfc will give you those messages you mentioned only when there is a mismatch in any value between the offline and online parameters.

The reason behind not getting proper monitoring is because of the communication load. the communication load increases when you are monitoring all the blocks in a chart and open another chart for monitoring all the blocks again. I think when you are monitoring one chart then you hadn't got any problem, but monitoring a bunch of charts might have created the problem. But I don't why after two three downloads it is working properly. While taking tries there will not be any problem to download again and again, But after commissiong how to do that?
