Not possible to see the value in the logos

HI

I have an issue with a counter in an 0BA8, maybe that happened before, my logic work good, but the cnt value is not update in the development screen in the PC, but internally loook count correctly because when reach the cnt ON it change.

But is not possible for me see the value in the logos confort software (v8.3) either catch the value with a AM memory

Any thoughts
