Notifications

Help

I keep getting notifications and i don't know how i can turn them off.

Problem started after introduction of new forum format.

Me too. My inbox is getting crowded. I am sure I didn't have any notification turned on. I am getting notifications from at least one conference when a new topic is created.

Have you defined conferences as your favorite one at the former pages? And maybe one or more conferences with notification? 

Please check the page Filter -> Forum at mySupport. If notification is enabled you could deactivate it there. To check the conferences were notifications are enabled please have a look at this page: Manage conference filter.

There us nothing to see.

Before the update i did not get any notification. Now my inbox keeps getting updates of the WinCC forum

This has to stop. If necessary delete my account.

I dont want to loose my job because of this

For a desperate try..

Forum management >> Conference filter
1. Make sure you have a few selections on the right
2. Save the changes
3. Deselect all selections on the right.
4. Save the changes again.

Alternate idea..
Change the user profile's email address to some address hosted by yahoo / ms / google or so. Then the guys here have the opportunity to look into your case without you getting in trouble at work.

i changed my e-mail address to an Hotmail account

This cannot be the only method to stop this siemens spam machine...

Same problem here since yesterday, I didn't change any of mySupport settings, didn't have notifications active but mailbox spammed. Check attachment, looks like "notif. active" but can't change.

 thank you for the screenshot. This showes that notifications are enabled.

If you want to disable them:
Please select the checkboxes at the left -> Click Actions -> click Disable Notification.

At the former plattform have you enabled favorite conferences there?
