TRIP means Tamper Resistant Input Protection. It is always needed during first commissioning to run this tet once just to chech if the medium voltage CB is working properly if the drive send the command OFF to that CB. More information you will find in the attached document: "NXGpro Introductory note 4 V2 - TRIP status". Probably the second problem in your case is that the drive does not remember that this test had been once already during first commissioning (to replace the PROFIBUS card you had to switch off the control supply and the settings on CF are gone).
