Object shown shifted on PANEL

Hi,

I have a problem with shifted text on panel KTP700. When I simulated my panel everything is ok. But when i download panel to PLC and OP. My text fields are shifted. I also see FAQ Why are fonts and objects shown shifted on a PC Runtime system or operator panel?  and it doesn't help. It happens when I use multi-line in text field . I use Tia Portal.

- What DPI Settings do you have in Operation System?

- Can yoo post a screenshot or picture so that we can see the Problem?

- What Versoin of TIA porta do you use exactly (with Servicepacks and Updates)?

Thank you this helps a lot to understand your problem. Is the Panel a KTP700 Basic or a 700 Comfort Panel?

hmm. It looks really like the DPI behaviour but your DPI Settings are OK.

perhaps the temporary Runtime files are corrupted.

Close your TIA Project. go to The Project Folder. go inside the IM folder. delete the folders here.

Restart your Project and do a Rebuild all. than do another test.

Perhaps it helps.
