It must exist, as part of their database, but I have never seen it distributed to clients. What Siemens does offer you is lifecycle information for every part number of their automation database, see the attached picture. If you have a part number, simply look for it (use the searchbox at the right of this page) and use the Product Support link for that part number. You will get the status information for the module (in this case it is discontinued as of 2007); there is also a tab for "Successor Product" that you can use to locate the replacement module sold at this time, if it stillexists(you might have to go through various successive replacements in order to get to the modern version, if your product has been obsolete for some time).
