Thanks in advance Hello mohamedsamy, Currently there is no offline simulation of S7-1200 possible directly. A work around would be - change the CPU into a unspecified S7-300 CPU and make the offline simulation in that and then change it back to S7-1200 CPU. (Keep in mind not all the functionalites supported by S7-1200 is supported by S7-300 and also vice versa, roughly 60% of the concepts remain the same in S7-1200 and S7-300)

Thanks in advance Because Siemens makes the S7-1200 training kits such a bargain, I think the best solution is to put a S7-1200 on your desk and test your programming solutions there. I have 3 S7-1200's on my desk (1212/1214/1215), and 2 HMIs (KTP400/KTP600). It allows for quite a bit of testing with single and multiple PLC/HMI concepts to create library components, test them, and use them in a wide range of projects. However, if you do have the pro version of the portal software, Ganes10 is suggesting a very good solution that fits many situations.
