offset between real and reference position

In one of my machine i receive the attached problem.

There's an offset between these 2 values and i do not know how to proceed: maybe a PollID check? i think that the motor reference and the exiter one are different, so the error.

 Yes, (it is not error) but check during axis motion the difference should remain same.

Could you please post the parameter numbers for better clarity/understanding?
