Hi. Anyone here has done projects using OLM/G12-1300?

This is the current architecture - OLM Architecture 

I'm experiencing an issue which I can't say if right or wrong. I managed to get the redundancy working for the 2sets of IM153 (see attached pdf). But if I turn off an OLM at the PLC side, I cant get the communication to work, OLM CH2 or CH3 LED (depends of course which channel I used) keeps on blinking orange means no connection to partner. I have to plug in and out the profibus connector a lot of times until I get a solid orange at OLM CH2 or CH3 LED. My success rate in getting the redundancy working is 1 out of 10. Another weird thing is, let's say redundancy works, In the SCADA I kept getting an alarm about slaveXX loss of redundancy every after few seconds (see attached pic and this vid - OLM1)

i Think there are still Problems in WinCC redundancy.

Which WinCC Version do you use?

-> check all your WinCC Systems with the Following FAQ: LINK

And shutdown the Standby Server . And then restart again, do you still get the Messages?

Check also the @redundant Tags if they have valid combinations.

Check the Diagnose Folder of WinCC.
