ON/OFF1 enable problem

JAsVAp Posts: 26 Rating: (3)	Hi, Me again.. :-) In the attachement you can see a screenshot of the STARTER screen when we use the control panel to accomplish a first run. Everything except the ON/OFF1 parameter seems to be OK. On the picture you can also see the errors STARTER gives.. Can someone tell me how to deal with this? The Drive is in commissioning mode. Please show if all paramters for motor/encoder are correct. Set the paramter p10 of the drive to 0 an show which messages occurs in the window "Alarms" Regards Christoph

JAsVAp Posts: 26 Rating: (3)	Hello, We've managed to set p10 of our Motor Module, but we still have problems... When we try to start in Control Panel, we still have some missing enables. In the attachement you can see the diagnostics. I found in a manual that Bit 30 = 1 (speed controller inhibited) when: - A 0 signal is available via BI: p0856 - the function generator with current input is active - the measuring function "current controller reference frequency charcteristic" is active - the pole position identification is active - the motor data identification routine is ON/OFF1 is connected to a DI from the CU, so we think this isn't the problem.. So we think the major problem is the speed controller inhibited. Can anyone help us with this? Thanks in advance, JAsVAp Attachment pic2.JPG (782 Downloads)

You can try it with the control panel. Thestate of the axisyou have posted is quite normal for the control panel, just before the green button is pushed. The question is what happens, which faults are coming if the turn on button is pushed.. Regards, TechTeam

Technology Team Platinum Expert Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 10/14/2024 Posts: 5913 Rating: (809)	Hello, If you use the control panel and the PC has the control priority, the control for the ON is only active from the drive control panel, that means, if you want to switch on just press the green ON button in the control panel, the digital input can not be used for switching ON beforethe PC has not given up the contol priority. The warning for the motor data identifikation occurs after the first drive configuration, so with the first ON, the drive will make an motor data indentifikation. The speed contoller will be enbaled with the "run"-feedback of the drive. Best regards TechTeam

Drives_Coach Posts: 133 Rating: (13)	It looks like a possible cause at this point (for multi-axis S120) could be that P864 the LM enable signal is not properly set on the motor modules. Even if control is given over to the STARTER Control Panel you can not start an axis unless it has the line module enable signal. This signal tells the motor module that the DC link is powered and ready (very important).

In this caseonly bit0 (OFF1 enable missing) and bit30 (speed controller inhibited) are active and not bit9 (infeed enable missing). So the feedback from the line module is ok. greetings TechTeam
