If the weight value is fluctuating, probably the AD-converter of the Siwarex M module is damaged.

Do you have error messages (into Step7 or Siwatool) from the Siwarex M module?

If you want, you can increase the standstill range.

But the cause of the fluctuating weight value will not be solved by this way.

The cause of the damaged AD-converter can be an incorrect high EMC-stress of the environment at the plant to the Siwarex M module.

Well, also the mechanics or one load cell of the scale can be the cause of the fluctuating weight value.

If you want, you can do a test, so you can differ if the problem is either the Siwarex M unit or the mechanics / load cell of the scale:

You can connect only one load cell without the scale-mechanics (=without the deadload) directly to the Siwarex M unit. For this test, it is not necessary to change any parameter of the Siwarex M unit.
- If the weight value is still fluctuating, the problem is the Siwarex M unit.
- If the weight value is no longer fluctuating, the problem is the mechanics or one load cell of the scale.

Siemens doesn’t repair Siwarex units.
That means, if the Siwarex M unit is damaged, it will not repaired und you need a new unit.
