muhammed shafid Experienced Member Joined: 12/25/2018 Last visit: 1/16/2025 Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	hi all, we have a machine with siemens plc ET200. the most of the function of machine is not responding. when i tried to connect with pc it showing an error "Online connection could not be established, The connection partner not responding." i am using step 7 v5.5+sp3, and i used Ethernet net cable to connect between plc and pc. when i search for accessible nodes it is detecting the plc and hmi but when i try to upload station to pg its giving error. can anybody help? please Attachment et200.pdf (741 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 3/17/2025 Posts: 22590 Rating: (3055)	Hi, can it be that you have not configured a IP Adress on you networkcard? accessible nodes work with ARP Broadcast (MAC based) not TCP/IP. But online need TCP/IP, so please check if on the networkcard a IP adress from the range 192.168.0.x/255.255.255.0 is configured. Regards Christoph

For PLC you can use edit ethernet nodes in your pdf you have opened the edit ethernet nodes on the et200, here you can change the PLC IP and click on "Assign IP Configuration" Regards Christoph
