I'm on TIA PORTAL V14. I've two project :
- one project for the SIMOTION & the touch screen. 

- one project for the CPU-F 

I use shared device for communicate beetween the two project in profinet (For getting to simotion the safety information coming from the CPU-F).

I have two network : 

- One network (IE2-NET) for accessing to the SIMOTION, the touch screen & for remote maintenance access for troubleshooting. Connected to X130 port of the SIMOTION D435-2.

-  One network (IE1-OP) for the CPU-F, the I/O Bay. Connected to the X150 (LAN) of the SIMOTION D435-2.

When i'm on the CPU-F project and connected to the IE2-NET network, i would like to go online for troobleshooting and loading the CPU-F. But it's not working. In Step 7 classic, it was possible to do it without problem when i was connected from IE2-NET network. 

Someone know what i must do for doing this ? I don't find. There is a parameter to configurate ?

Ok. Thanks, i will look at this.

We must have two project because else, we can't use shared device in TIA Portal. (We have see this with SIEMENS FRANCE, a SIEMENS technician was at the factory)

The two project are on TIA PORTAL and you send me a subject to configurate a rooting beetween a S7 classic project & a S7 tia portal project. 

There is a subject to configurate this between two TIA portal project ? I think i see what to do, by create a dummy station in each TIA Portal subject with :

- In the project 1, a dummy station with the S7 subnet ID of the network of the project 2.

- In the project 2, a dummy station with the S7 subnet ID of the network of the project 1.

But i don't know if my case exist in a FAQ subject.

I've another question linked to this.

In the touch screen, there is a way to see the alarms coming from the CPU-F. Do i need to do the same, with a dummy station in the two project. Or should i create a proxy device ?

Because, before switching to full tia portal, we had two project :

- one for scout classic

- one for the touch screen comfort panel in TIA Portal.

So we used a proxy device to communicate the value from simotion to the touch screen.

Do we need to do the same for communicate the alarm coming from the CPU-F in the touch screen ? There is a bloc in tia portal named "Diagnostic overview". We would like to use it to bring the CPU-F alarm in the touch screen. The only problem is than the CPU-F is in another project. So i think, we need to do a proxy or a dummy station (like in your link). What do you think ?
