Online connection to ET200S Drive with scout v4.3

OmegaProjects Silver Member Joined: 11/14/2008 Last visit: 5/6/2024 Posts: 504 Rating: (22)	Hi , When I was using scout v4.2 I was able to connect with a ET200S-drive (6SL3 244 0SA01-1AA1). After upgrading to scout v4.3 I am not able to connect with it anymore ? What could be a possible reason for this ?? Thanks

Can Scout identify the correct Type of the Et200 in the accessible nodes? is there any error message if you try to go online? Regards Christoph

When I want to see drives online in scout , I select them in Target devices (S7ONLINE) and afterwards I go online (with yellow button) than I receive error that it's not possible to connect.

Which Operation System do you use and which Scout Version exactly? How is the ET200 connected to the PC? (PROFIBUS,PROFINET, ComPort(USS))? Regasrds Christoph

You can alsyo try to enter the IP of the device directly in the accessible nodes in scout and show if here a connection is possible. Regards Christoph
