I am trying to connect online to WINCC Runtime Advanced (V16) from TIA Portal (V16)

I can ping RA PC and am able to download to RA with no problems??

After reading your post, it is unclear what your question is exactly. What is it that you are trying to do exactly? Download the program of the ES in runtime advances, connect to the PLC...

Could you be more specific in order to try to solve your problem?

I want to be able to see the online and diagnostics of the SCADA PC and be able to check the HMI connection status with the PLCs as I am having issues with establishing connections with PLCs when going into runtime with the RA. I can go online to all the PLCs and HMIs but not the PC. I am able to download to the PC just not able to go online.
