Online test not showing correct data but program works in real life

OysteinNL Regular Member Joined: 7/30/2018 Last visit: 11/17/2023 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	I am running online test (see attached picture) but it does not show the actual states of the blocks. It shows the both analogue input values AI1 and AI2 but the rest of the program seems inactive. The program does work in real life so what is going on ? It is a Logo 8 with fw. 1.81.01 Any known issues ? Thank you. P.S. the other 3 Logo's 8 in my home system react like expected in Online Test so it is only Logo nr. 3 behaving like tthis. I highligthed some sections in the updated picture for clarification. If block B040 ("NOT") in the lower left corner is low on the input it should be high on the output. Block "High" in the center should be high on the output but still showing a blue line instead of red line. So both examples above cannot be true. It is olnly an issue in "Online test" as the real program is opreational withou any issues. If I go the the toilet, switch on the light (input I9 is high) the toilet fan does indeed switch on (output Q12) with the set time delay and extended running time set by B013 and B012. But is does not show this in Online Test !! If there are any kknown issues with Online Test related to my problem please let me know. Logo 1, 2 and 4 are doing fine in Online test. In the meantime I checked fw. versions of all Logo's in my home automation system. FYI: Program 1 = Logo 1, Program 2 = Logo 2 etcetera. I have only a LOGO! 8.0, 8.2 and 8.3. A LOGO! 8.2 is also a FS4 LOGO!. When I upload your program in my LOGO! 8.2, I have no problem with Online Test.

Logo nr. 4 was already 1.82.04 so not needed. Now Online Test works perfect again. The devil is in the details as the Logo manual describes how to format the SD-card tot FAT32 (default) but my PC shows FAT as default ... not FAT32. FAT is actually FAT16 but easily overlooked and then the Logo does not upgrade fw. With Logo nr. 2 I had the issue that once the SD-card was inserted and holder pushed into the Logo the card ejected itself so I could not pull the card holder out again. Had to remove the Logo, removed the housing and with a very fine screwdriver push the SD card a little back from the inside of the holder and push it out gently. But the final result counts so i can continue with adding functions to my home automation :-) Attachment FormatSD.jpg (164 Downloads)

And the maximum storage capacity must not exceed 32 GB. With the older LOGO!s there is a problem with the card slot. With the current LOGO! 8.3 it has become significantly better.
