There is an PC station on windows 10 on it and installed wincc advanced RT v15.    There is a 1900 comfort panel. 1500 PLC Siemens. The pn network is configured in the hardware configuration. HMI  connection 1  for panel and HMI connection 2  for PC station. The panel displays all the data from the PLC. PC station have ping with PLC and gets answers from it, but no data. First it was symbols ####, after downloadig software HMI application - zeros in i/o fields.

i downloaded software configuration to PC station using ethernet tcp ip  connection. But i cant download a hardware for PC station, because it can be download using S7online protocol. on PC station i made a configuration for access point. But when download hardware i have errror: The connection to target module cannot be established.
