I have a couple questions,

1.) When displaying a string value from controllogix on a TP1200 Comfort HMI, I seem to only be able to display a 82 character string. No more, and no less. For instance, if I create a new string in controllogix as String(120) or String(12) (120 characters or 12 character), I get a PLC tag error on the HMI. The string only works when it is a standard 82 character string. Also, it will also not allow me to pick a starting point to begin a string. An example would be if i wanted to start reading the sting at Test.Data(15). When i make this change in the HMI Tag list and download i get the PLC address error. This even happens when the tag i am referencing is the standard 82 character string.

WinCC Comfort / Advanced doesn't support a communication with Rockwell PLCs.

sorry, but you are wrong. There is a communication driver in WinCC Comfort for connecting KTP with Rockwell resp. Allen Bradley PLCs.

@Chris: 82 is the default length of strings at Rockwell. To get strings of different length there you have to define a new type with another length. If you did this already, maybe the communication driver of WinCC supports only the default length.
