OP 77A not loading bootloader

Hi,I have HMI OP 77A and when I connect to power, display in HMI lights up but nothing happens. Even bootloader is not loading. I did whole backup this HMI in WinCC but can I make backup only user program and how? Can I connect to HMI and see online program on my PC for example in WinCC? Maybe only display is broken, while HMI working properly.
