OP35 doesn't start anymore and is stucked at the transfer mode

ChemEngr Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, Our OP35 doesn't start anymore and is stucked at the transfer mode. We suspect that all program including flash memory was lost. Unfortunately, there was no backup. Is there a way to check if the program is really lost? On the other hand, there is a mirror copy of the plant in another location. We tried to backup the program but in the screen of System Settings, there is no Backup/Restore function even if we are as superuser level 9 already. Is there another level where we can log in to see the Backup/Restore screen? Is there another way to backup using PG? Do you have a step by step procedure for this? We have a PCMCIA card/module and we have tried to insert it at the slot but the system crashes/hangs. What should be the format of the module (FAT/FAT32/NTSC)? Do you have a step by step procedure for backup using the module? We do not have a protool software. We look forward to your reply. Thanks. ChemEngr

ChemEngr Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, We went to System Settings as described in the manual but we cannot find the Backup/Restore icon. Only the Brightness/Contrast icon is avalable even if we are logged in at level 9 user. Any other way to go to the Backup/Restore page? Thanks.
