OP7 panels always goes to verify loaded data start code and then goes to the start screen

Hi,

My op7 panels always goes to verify loaded data start code and then goes to the start screen. It happens once in every 20 sec. The connection to the plc seems ok. Its not displaying address not available. The MPI configured for 187.5kbps. I have programed the screen f4 for changing operating modes. in F4 K1 is set as download, K2 offline and K3 online. If i switch the op to offline mode, it doesn't restart stays with the start screen itself

Could this behavior be a problem with the OP. If so why doesn't it happen in offline mode?

Hello,

Please check the connection cable between CPU and OP7.

And check that the baud rate setting in the OP7 project is matching with the CPU.

If your project is pargrammed MPI, check that you are connected to the correct port in the CPU. Same if Profibus.

And please tell us the error code or take a picture to error message and send it here.
