The real network is a Profibus-DP network with several devices (ET200M, ET200L, a MM440 etc.) - AND ALSO AN OP7 ! In the configuration that is see in Step7 Manager is MPI(1), MPI(2), PROFIBUS-(2) and SIMATIC300(1). I CANNOT SEE THE OP7 in the entire configuration ! I mean I see everything, except the OP7. All the devices connected in the network are in the Profibus-DP. Why I cannot see the OP7 in the configuration ? It is usual not to see it ? It is possible that the OP7 could be connected in the MPI(2) network ? If it is so, how can this thing be done, because I have physically only a daisy chain of Profibus cables ? Many thanks.

Except when you are using DP-keys. When you open Netpro, the OP7 can be visible. If protool was integrated in Step7 and correct parametrize. But it can also be that the OP7 isn't shown in Step7. Because it's a stand alone protool project. Best regards, Wizard
