Dear Sir/Lady We have an intractable problem with an OP77A with the order No. 6AV6641-OBA11-0AX1. Its Version Info is: 01.03.00.00_08.34 BL 1.8/2006-11-22 The problem is that after power up we can readily select serial transfering mode and transferingstarts in this mode very easily without any trouble.But if we disable serial transfering and enable MPI/DP transfering, as soon as we press Enter to start transfering , OP goes into suspension mode (Hanged up) and consequently no one of its buttons work properly. The only possible way to reset OP from this, is to unplugging 24 VDC 1-Is connection to ProfiBus networkmandatory before starting DP Transfering ? 2-Does Operating system have any influence on this issue? Maybe yes, maybe not... to this question i haven´t got a real answer.
