How can I configure an Opc server on a S7-1500, can I start from TIA or I need another software for this? Please let me know the steps that I must follow. Thank you.

In my opinion it is not the job of the automation device with time critical routines to supply data for e.g. very many HMI clients. To your point: If you want to use an OPC server with the S7-1500 you can e.g. purchase the software SIMATIC NET V12.
