opc configured identity is incorrect error

Ajay D. Pawar Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	senthilr.kumar 1. We installed and configured the SImatic OPC server and OPC client (Scout) on the same machine. The connection was ok. OPC scout could able to read the value. 2. We installed the OPC scout on Stand alone PC and tried to connect the OPC server. But it could not be able to establish the connection. We configured the DCOM settings as mentioned in manual. Still it does nt help. The error was" The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. check the username and password". Please find the attached screen shot. Please help us. Hey do you find solution on opc error. we are facing same problem- configured identity is incorrect We reinstalled opc simatic net after that OPC-PLC communication is ok.But opc and webapplication(tomcat software) communication errpr is comming now The error is same i.e. 'configured identity is incorrect check user name and password' opc and plc communication is ok. Ajay D. Pawar Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hey, ERROR- "opc server configure identity is incorrect check user name and password" is related to firewall firmware. Can this error come after upgradtion of firewall firmware. Plaese reply if you know
