I have a similar Problem:

My OPC Server is running on a Beckhoff Controller. I use a Siemens TP1200 Comfort Panel.

I can establish the Connection and I can browse the variables from the OPC Server.

When I start the Simulation within TIA Version 13 everything runs fine. Reading / Writing variables is ok.

When I download the Project in the Panel, there is no way to read or write variables. All Input / Output fields  are marked with ####.

Has anyone an idea where to search ?

Split from Simatic NET OPC Server connection Problem from TIA Portal V13.

The Comfort panel uses an OPC UA client, so did you activate the OPC UA setting in Simatic Net?

In the TIA Portal when you created the connection, did you browse to the network and find the OPC UA server and point to the opc items?

As far as I know, if this is done, then it should work.
