OPC Server connection to CP 343-1 need one more connection

PLC connected with PC via Ethernet. there is HMI run-time project The supplier of the system can provide us with the list of addresses for the parameters we need . We need to remotely view some more tags for which we 're going to use OPC server , to run on the PC side. Can we setup one more S7 connection on PC side for OPC server , w/o configirung S7-315 side ? (because it is locked by the supplier ) BR Evgeniy
