OPC Software for a PC Ethernet connection and a CP343-1 Lean

Which one should I need to use for a PC Ethernet connection and a CP343-1 Lean. PC with Windows XP Prof. Can I use this software 6GK1706-1NW71-3AA0 ? or Which would be the MLFB. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from VB and S7 connection using Simatic net OPC server.
