OPC UA on WinCC RT Pro Client doesn't work

I need to transmit data from RT Client WinCC Pro V16 (client for pair of redundancy servers) with installed OPC DA Server, OPC UA Server to external system. But here is the problem: 1. I tested OPC DA Server and it works fine, but external system can't to receive data because of security restrictions. 2. OPC UA Server doesn't work. Windows service OpcUaServerWinCCPro in "Pause" state and I can't stop or start it. Repair and reinstalling WinCC RT on this client didn't help.
